Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that M-I Australia Pty Limited, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
