Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 of the Companies Act 1993, that United Air Lines, Inc. intends to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 1st day of May 2003.
Following the closing of its New Zealand offices, full customer services will continue to be provided. United code share flights will be operated by Air New Zealand and other services such as reservations, ticketing, sales, frequent flier servicing, toll-free reservations and information telephone numbers will be available via United's general sales agent, The Walshe Group, which has offices at 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
