Public Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that America's Cup Properties, Inc. intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and will, not earlier than three months after giving this notice, give notice to the Registrar of Companies stating the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
