Notice of Intention to Cease Carrying on Business in New Zealand
Woodiko Trading Company Limited, a company registered under Part XVIII of the Companies Act 1993 as an overseas company, gives notice, under section 341 (1) (a) of that Act, of its intention to cease carrying on business in New Zealand on the 26th day of September 2003.
