In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of Software AG Australia Pty Limited:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Software AG Australia Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia, gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, Software AG Australia Pty Limited will cease
to carry on business in New Zealand.
