Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that Alcatel Networks (Australia) Pty Limited, a company incorporated in Australia and having a place of business in New Zealand at Level Four, 8 Nelson Street, Auckland, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
