Pursuant to Section 341 of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that the above-named company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and, no earlier than three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, the company will give notice to the Registrar of the date on which it will cease to carry on business in New Zealand, causing the Registrar to remove it from the Overseas Register of Companies as soon as practicable after the date specified in that notice.
