Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 16th day of October 2000 against Fincham, Neil, of 89B Hawthornden
Drive, Rotorua, was annnulled by order of the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 17th day of March 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 11th day of November 2002 against Rewi, Samuel Derek, care of Waikato Valet Centre, 9 Haig Street, Hamilton, was annulled by order of the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 119 (1) (a) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 11th day of March 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 17th day of March 2003 against Edwards, George John, of 306 Sunset Road, Rotorua, was annulled by order of the High Court
at Rotorua, pursuant to section 119 (1) (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 21st day of May 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 14th day of April 2003 against Bicknell, Paul Daniel, of 3A Brabant Street, Whakatane, was annulled by order of the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 119 (1) (c) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 18th day of June 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 29th day of May 2003 against Ross, Brendan Trent, of 8 Winchester Place, Tamatea, Napier, was annulled by order of the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 26th day of June 2003.
