Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Notice of Order Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 8th day of April 2002 against McCarten, Patrick Joseph, of 173B Falls Road,
Te Kauwhata, Waikato, was annulled by order of the Hamilton High Court, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of
the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 10th day
of October 2002.
The order of adjudication dated the 3rd day of July 2000 against Hounslow, Brent, of Whanga Road, Whale Bay, Raglan, was annulled by order of the Hamilton High Court, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 9th day of December 2002.
The order of adjudication dated the 20th day of December 2000 against Hill, Donald Sydney, of 13 Rangipawa Road, Onehunga, Auckland, was annulled by order of the Auckland High Court with effect from the 16th day of October 2002.
The order of adjudication dated the 15th day of May
