Notice of Orders Annulling Adjudications
The order of adjudication dated the 4th day of February 2003 against Campbell, Karen Rose, activities co-ordinator, of 1/51 Pleasant Road, Glen Eden, Waitakere City, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 4th day of February 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 1st day of August 2001 against Otene, John Malcolm, of 1/60 Wallace Road, Papatoetoe, was annulled by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, on Wednesday, the 2nd day of April 2003.
The order of adjudication dated the 17th day of February 2003 against Theunissen, David, of Main Road, Tirau, was annulled by order of the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 119 (1) (b) of the Insolvency Act 1967, with effect from the 20th day of March 2003.
