Take notice that on Friday, the 1st day of November 2002, an application to put Mangakahia Maori Komiti into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Whangarei.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Whangarei on the 7th day of April 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant body corporate, who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
