Take notice that on the 24th day of October 2003, an application for putting G S International Limited
(now registered as Grooming Supplies Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 22nd day of December 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Gregory Paul Shaw, whose address
for service is at the offices of Kevin McDonald, Solicitor, Level Four, Global House, 19-21 Como Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
