Take notice that on the 13th day of October 2003, an application for putting Te Mahara - 2 Pac Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 15th day of December 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Waitomo Petroleum Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of AEL Law, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
