Take notice that on Thursday, the 13th day of November 2003, an application for putting Beds R Us Lower Hutt Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 26th day of January 2004
at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
