Take notice that on the 29th day of October 2003, an application to put Challenger Trawler Company Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 22nd day of January 2004
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
