Take notice that on the 3rd day of November 2003, an application for putting DRB Sales and Marketing (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of December 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Westco Lagan Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Four, Optimation House, 1-13 Grey Street (P.O. Box 993), Wellington.
