Take notice that on the 4th day of June 2003, an application for putting Mobile Weighbridges Limited (now known as Rota Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of December 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are John Richard Wells and Wells Weighbridges Limited, whose address for service is at
the offices of Lowndes Associates, Solicitors, Level Five,
18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiffs at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to Lowndes Associates by facsimile on (09) 373 3423.
