Take notice that on Monday, the 13th day of October 2003, an application for putting Speedy Lube & Tyre (1996) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in
the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 8th day of December 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is United Truck Sales Limited, whose registered office is care of Staples Rodway, WEL Energy Building, Fifth Floor, corner of Victoria and London Streets, Hamilton.
