Take notice that on the 30th day of October 2003, an application for putting Artist Traders Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 4th day of December 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before the day appointed for the hearing of the application.
The plaintiff is Oceania Audio Limited, whose registered office is at 16-18 Taylors Road, Morningside, Auckland, and whose address for service is at the office of the plaintiff's solicitor, being S. H. Barter, of First Floor, 225E State Highway No. 17, Albany, Auckland.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or at the plaintiff's address for service.
