In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Donald Rodman Taylor, businessman, of Oamaru-Plaintiff:
And-Anamax Construction and Developments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2003, an application for putting Anamax Construction and Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Christchurch on the 24th day of November 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Donald Rodman Taylor, whose address for service is the offices of Goodman Steven Tavendale & Reid, Level Four, Warren House, 84 Gloucester Street (P.O. Box 442), Christchurch.
