Take notice that on the 17th day of October 2003, an application for putting Lion Rock Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 8th day of December 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Leigh Lobster Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Morgan Coakle, Solicitors, Level Twelve, Tower One, Shortland Centre, 51-53 Shortland Street, Auckland.
