into Liquidation
Take notice that on the 7th day of January 2003, an application to put Pegasus Rental Cars (Christchurch) Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 17th day of February 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Pegasus Rental Cars (New Zealand) Limited, whose address for service is care of Purnell Creighton, 6/217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch.
