Take notice that on the 9th day of October 2003, an application for putting Pine Sawmills (Gisborne) Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua and subsequently transferred to the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of October 2003.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of November 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Hikurangi Forest Farms Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Minter Ellison
