Take notice that on the 25th day of September 2003, an application for putting AbleOwl Limited (whose name was changed to Roughjustice Limited on the 13th day of October 2003) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 10th day of November 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
