Take notice that on the 31st day of July 2003, an application to put Kingsbourne Investment Services Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of October 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Wayne Swadling, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully, solicitors for the above-named plaintiff, Level Twenty-two, Vero Centre, 48 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: P. Singh).
