Take notice that on the 23rd day of September 2003, an application for putting Huapai Pumphouse & Filterstation Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 20th day of November 2003 at 10.00am.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Aqua Dynamics Limited, whose address for service is Davenports West Lawyers, 404 Great North Road (P.O. Box 21-248), Henderson, Auckland.
