Take notice that on Thursday, the 21st day of August 2003, an application for putting Sangha Group of Companies Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 13th day of October 2003
at 10.45 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
