Take notice that on the 22nd day of August 2003, an application for putting Denicia Holdings Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 13th day of October 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other that the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Ben Hitchcock and Northern Waikato Veterinary Services (1993) Limited, whose address for service is care of Keegan Alexander, Solicitors, P.O. Box 999, Auckland.
