In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between the
Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries-Plaintiff:
And-Blue Fish Enterprises Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 6th day of August 2003, an application for putting Blue Fish Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of October 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Chief Executive of the Ministry
of Fisheries, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
