Take notice that on the 27th day of August 2003, an application to put Harvard Tops Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 6th day of October 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Parbury Building Products (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is care of Snedden & Associates, Solicitors, Liston House, Cathedral Square, corner of Wyndham and Hobson Streets (P.O. Box 105-195), Auckland City.
