Take notice that on Friday, the 8th day of August 2003, an application for putting Tara Residential Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Wednesday, the 24th day of September 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Candy and Cross Earthmoving Limited, whose address for service is care of the office of
Lyon O'Neale Arnold, Lawyers, 12A Prince Avenue,
Mt Maunganui (Attention: P. J. Cassidy).
Documents for service on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 5236,
