Take notice that on Monday, the 18th day of August 2003, an application for putting Hospex (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 23rd day of October 2003
at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Peter Lowe, Jack Lowe, Tony Lowe
and Lynne Young (trading as L & Y Investments), whose solicitor is Malcolm Whitlock, whose address for service
