Take notice that on the 9th day of July 2003, an application for putting Happy Hosts Hotel Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of September 2003 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Claude Group N.Z. Limited (formerly known as Ensite Claude NZ Limited), whose address for service is at the offices of Bowen Roche & Hill, Solicitors, care of Collectors Credit Consultancy Limited, 139 Onehunga Mall (P.O. Box 13-143), Onehunga, Auckland.
