Take notice that on the 23rd day of July 2003, an application for putting Avonhead Enterprises Limited (formerly known as Peteworth Haulage Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Timaru.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Timaru on the 20th day of November 2003 at 11.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
