Take notice that on the 10th day of July 2003, an application for putting Icon Press Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of September 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Focus Printing Company Limited
(in receivership), whose address for service is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Solicitors, Level Five, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Any documents may be served on the plaintiff at that address or:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
