And-Burrell Demolition Limited, a duly incorporated company having its address for service at care of Whaley & Harris, 217 Great South Road, Greenlane, Auckland-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 29th day of November 2002, an application for putting Burrell Demolition Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 5th day of February 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Connell Wagner Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Credit Consultants Debt Services NZ Limited, Level Three, 3-9 Church Street, Wellington.
