Take notice that on the 20th day of August 2003, an application for putting Stoneview Holdings Limited ("plaintiff company") into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 11th day of September 2003 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the plaintiff company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The plaintiff is Stoneview Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Minter Ellison
