Take notice that on the 11th day of July 2003, an application for putting RRNZ Limited (in receivership) (formerly known as Reed Recruitment (NZ) Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 11th day of September 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Auckland District Law Society and
New Zealand Law Society, whose address for service is at the offices of Glaistor Ennor, Solicitors, First Floor, Norfolk Street (P.O. Box 63 or D.X. C.X. 10-236), Auckland.
