Take notice that on the 24th day of July 2003, an application for putting into liquidation New Line Tours (New Zealand) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 18th day of September 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Invercargill Passenger Transport Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of AWS Legal, Solicitors, 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
Documents may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at AWS Legal, P.O. Box 1207, Invercargill; or
