In the matter regarding TJ Logging Limited and the filing of an application by Harley Logging Limited for placing TJ Logging Limited into liquidation:
The matter, which was published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 July 2003, page 2203, has now been resolved between the parties and the application made by Harley Logging Limited has been withdrawn.
