Take notice that on the 23rd day of July 2003, an application for putting Gearson Products Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is due to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 18th day of September 2003
at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
