Take notice that on the 12th day of November 2002, an application for putting Pacific Plastic Recyclers Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Palmerston North on the 3rd day of February 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Casey Foo, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Six, 1-13 Grey Street, Wellington.
