Take notice that on the 21st day of November 2002, an application for putting Fast Lubes Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of February 2003
at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
