Take notice that on the 13th day of December 2002, an application for putting Bermuda Three Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on the 20th day of February 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Bryce Claude Woods (first plaintiff)
and Bryce Claude Woods, Alan John Manu Wadams and Robert Victor Eades (second plaintiffs), whose address for service is at the offices of Arthur Watson Savage, Solicitors, 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
