Take notice that on the 29th day of May 2003, an application for putting the assets in New Zealand of Binyl Pty Limited (interim liquidators appointed to assets in New Zealand) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 7th day of August 2003
at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiffs are Binyl Pty Limited (interim liquidators appointed to assets in New Zealand) and John David Threlfall, whose address for service of both plaintiffs is at the offices of Lowndes Associates, Solicitors, Level Five, Lowndes Associates House, 18 Shortland Street, Auckland.
Documents for service on the plaintiffs may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to Lowndes Associates at P.O. Box 7311, Auckland; or
(b) transmitted to Lowndes Associates by facsimile on (09) 373 3423.
