Take notice that on the 14th day of May 2003, an application for putting Pryde in New Zealand Charitable Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 7th day of August 2003 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Pryde in New Zealand Charitable Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Buddle Findlay, Solicitors, Level Thirteen, Clarendon Tower, 78 Worcester Street, Christchurch.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 322, Christchurch; or
(b) left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to D.X. W.P. 20-307, Christchurch.
