Take notice that on the 13th day of November 2002, an application for putting Formwork Hire Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 13th day of February 2003 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
