Take notice that on the 9th day of June 2003, an application for putting into liquidation Action Building and Construction Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 14th day of July 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is River City Windows Limited (trading as Fisher Windows (Wellington)), whose address for service is at the offices of Fitzherbert Rowe Lawyers, Seventh Floor, State Insurance Building, 61-75 Rangitikei Street, Palmerston North.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
