Take notice that on the 25th day of June 2003, an application to put Lander Holdings Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 14th day of July 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Jordan Luck (trading as Jordan Luck's Rock and Roll Circus), whose address for service is at the offices of Dominion Law, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, 72 Dominion Road, Suite 2/11, Auckland (Solicitor Acting: C. C. Watkins).
