Take notice that on the 10th day of June 2003, an application for putting Specialist Incineration Services Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 18th day of August 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is the Southland Regional Council, whose address for service is at the offices of AWS Legal, Solicitors, 151 Spey Street, Invercargill.
Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or may be:
(a) posted to the solicitor at AWS Legal, P.O. Box 1207, Invercargill; or
